Privacy Policy
What information is processed when you use Toolardio, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Effective and last updated: August 21, 2026
1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to toolardio.com, its digital experiences, articles, and contact form (together, the “Service”). Toolardio operates the Service and is responsible for the personal information it collects directly. You can contact us at hello@toolardio.com.
This policy does not govern a third party's own website or service, even when we link to it. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
2. Information we collect or process
Information you provide
When you send our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to include. You do not need to create an account to use Toolardio.
Website, device, and security information
When your browser requests a page, our hosting and security systems may process the IP address, request time, requested URL, referring page, browser and device information, and technical error or security details. We use an IP-based, in-memory limit on the contact form to reduce spam.
Analytics information
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Service is used. Its standard implementation may collect page views, session activity, approximate location, browser and device details, and interactions with pages. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies to recognize a returning browser and maintain session information. We do not send your contact-form name, email address, message, or tool input to Google Analytics.
Advertising information
We use Google AdSense. Google and other advertising vendors may process IP addresses, cookie or similar identifiers, approximate location, browser and device information, the page or ad space being viewed, and ad impressions, interactions, and fraud-prevention signals. These technologies may include cookies, local storage, web beacons, pixels, or similar identifiers.
Tool inputs, images, and files
When a published tool accepts inputs or files, its page explains whether processing happens locally in your browser or requires a server request. Toolardio does not retain browser-processed inputs. Do not provide sensitive information unless the tool clearly explains why it is needed and how it is handled.
3. How and why we use information
- To deliver pages, tools, and requested functionality.
- To respond to questions, feedback, and support requests.
- To understand usage and improve performance, content, and navigation.
- To display, measure, and protect advertising that funds the Service.
- To prevent spam, fraud, misuse, security incidents, and technical failures.
- To comply with law and protect our users, rights, and property.
4. Legal bases where data-protection law requires them
Depending on where you live, we rely on one or more legal bases. We process contact details to take steps at your request and to pursue our legitimate interest in answering messages. We process technical and security information for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service. Where consent is required for analytics, advertising cookies, or similar technologies, we rely on your consent. You may withdraw consent through the privacy controls made available to you, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. In other locations, analytics and advertising may also be processed under legitimate interests or other bases permitted by applicable law.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising disclosures
Our Cookie Policy explains the categories of cookies and similar technologies used on Toolardio and how to control them.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to Toolardio or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Toolardio and other sites on the Internet. Other authorized advertising vendors or networks may also use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies when serving or measuring ads.
You can manage personalized Google advertising in Google Ads Settings. You may also opt out of participating vendors' interest-based advertising through YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop ads; it generally changes how ads are selected.
Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites and review Google's advertising and measurement cookie information.
6. When information is shared
We may disclose information to the following recipients when necessary:
- Hostinger and related infrastructure providers that host the Service, deliver contact-form email, maintain logs, and protect the network.
- Google, for Analytics and AdSense measurement, advertising, security, and consent services.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization.
We do not sell your contact-form name, email address, or message for money. Depending on the law where you live, allowing advertising providers to use identifiers for personalized or cross-context advertising may be defined as “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” even when no money changes hands.
7. Retention
We keep contact correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the message, handle follow-up, prevent abuse, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. Contact-form rate-limit activity is used for a rolling 15-minute window and is not stored by Toolardio in a user account or marketing database. Hosting logs and data processed by Google or other providers are retained under the applicable provider settings and policies. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal, security, backup, and dispute-resolution requirements.
8. International processing
Toolardio and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy protections can differ by country. Where required, providers use recognized transfer safeguards or other lawful mechanisms for international transfers.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, server-side validation, spam controls, and restricted email delivery settings. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical records, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
10. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of personal information; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. Certain U.S. residents may also have rights to know, correct, delete, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and to exercise those rights without discrimination.
To make a request about information controlled by Toolardio, email hello@toolardio.com or use our contact page. Describe the request and the email address involved. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and may not apply in every jurisdiction.
For browser identifiers used by Google, use the privacy or cookie settings presented on the site where available, Google Ads Settings, or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. An email request alone may not identify a cookie stored in your browser.
11. Children's privacy
Toolardio is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted when reasonably required.
13. Contact us
